These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DCT Wallet Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (the "Company") and users in relation to the use of the digital asset wallet and related services (the "Service").
Article 2 (Nature of the Service)
The Service provides digital asset storage, transfer, conversion (Convert), payment, and related functionalities.
The Service primarily operates as a non-custodial wallet, where users retain control over their assets.
However, certain features may involve limited Company intervention, including: Staking, Asset conversion (Convert), Other policy-based features.
Article 3 (Use of Service)
Users may access and use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
Article 4 (Staking and Rewards)
Users may participate in staking programs provided by the Company.
Staking is an ecosystem incentive and does not constitute interest or an investment product.
Staked assets may be subject to temporary restrictions on transfer or withdrawal.
The Company does not guarantee the value, yield, or appreciation of rewards.
Article 5 (Transaction and Usage Restrictions)
Certain features of the Service may be restricted based on operational or policy requirements.
Restrictions may include: Asset transfers, Asset conversion (Convert), Other transaction-related limitations.
Such restrictions may change due to market conditions, technical reasons, or service policies and may be notified before or after implementation.
Article 6 (Fees)
Fees may apply for certain services.
Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the user and are separate from Company fees.
Article 7 (User Responsibility)
Users are solely responsible for managing their accounts, assets, and access credentials.
Loss of private keys, authentication data, or account access is the responsibility of the user.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company shall not be liable for:
Losses due to digital asset price fluctuations
Blockchain network failures
Regulatory changes
User negligence or misconduct
Article 9 (Service Modification and Termination)
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service, with prior or subsequent notice as necessary.
